Permanent Housing Counseling

This service assists very low-income households in securing affordable housing and helping those with housing to maintain or stabilize it.

A case manager works with clients to:

Identify (usually limited) housing options
Complete application forms for housing assistance
Locate financial resources for rent, security, and utility deposits
Provide linkage with other services as appropriate
