Landlord/Tenant Counseling
Under state and local laws and regulations, landlords and tenants of residential properties have specific rights and responsibilities.
Coalition staff provide counseling on:
- Leases
- Evictions
- Security deposits
- Utility rights
- Building code violations
- Maintenance
- Rent Control
If clients are income-eligible, they are referred to Legal Services. Legal counsel is sought as appropriate to each case.
